  6. This file provides information for Shareware Distributors, Disk Vendors, and
  7. Computer Clubs who wish to distribute Expense Log 3.0b.  The software
  8. package is defined as containing the material listed in PACKING.EXE.
  9.  
  10. The term "author," as stated hereafter, will refer to myself, Daniel M. Rose.
  11. The terms "software" and "program" will refer to Expense Log 3.0b.
  12.  
  13. LIMITED DISTRIBUTION LICENSE:
  14. Vendors are hereby given permission to distribute the software package.
  15.  
  16. The software package - including all program and documentation files - CANNOT
  17. be modified in any way and must be distributed as a complete package, without
  18. exception.  Small additions to the package, such as the introductory or
  19. installation batch files used by many shareware disk vendors, are acceptable. 
  20.  
  21. No price or other compensation may be charged for the software package.  A
  22. distribution fee may be charged for the cost of the media and shipping and
  23. handling as long as the total does not exceed US $8.00.
  24.    
  25. DISK SETS:
  26. The software package MAY be included as part of some other inclusive package.
  27. It may also be included in any commercial software packaging offer without a
  28. written agreement from the author.
  29.      
  30. CD-ROMS:
  31. The software package MAY be distributed on CD-ROMS without prior written
  32. permission from the author.
  33.      
  34. DISK-OF-THE-MONTH (OR SUBSCRIPTION) DISTRIBUTION:
  35. Vendors are hereby given permission to distribute the software package under
  36. the Disk-of-the-Month style of distribution. 
  37.            
  38. You cannot use a Disk-of-the-Month distribution to use up your inventory of
  39. old (out of date) disks.  Only current versions may be shipped as Disk-of-the
  40. -Month disks. 
  41.  
  42. The software package cannot be rented or leased to others. 
  43.  
  44. You may list any of the author's products in advertisements, catalogs, or
  45. other literature which describes the product as "Shareware." 
  46.  
  47. SHAREWARE COPYING OUTSIDE OF THE USA:
  48. Shareware distribution of the sofware package is permitted outside the
  49. United States of America.

  51. By using the software package you agree to the statements above.
  52. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by the author.
